Our Parent Handbook is provided to each family at the start of each year or when commencing during the year. It contains key information relevant to the operations of Kalamunda Christian School and is the go-to document when parents have a query about day-to-day practices, policy, and procedure.
Parent Portal
We believe that the partnership between families and the school is fundamental. All parents are provided with access to a secure web-based Parent Portal with the following features, and more:

Uniform
The School has established a uniform policy which serves to:
- Enhance morale, team spirit and pride of students in their School.
- Ensure students are safely dressed for School activities.
- Encourage equity among students.
- Be practical and affordable while being of a high standard.
- Foster and enhance perceptions of the School within the wider community.
Our school logo identifies us as unique from our wider community and symbolises our purpose. The leaf represents the forest area in which we are located. The silver represents our pursuit of quality in all aspects of our lives and the cross in the leaf represents our purpose, centred on Christ’s plan for our lives.

Go to: www.quickcliq.com.au for our online uniform shop hosted by QuickCliq. This is an ordering system trusted by over 900 schools and thousands of parents across Australia. First time users will need to create an account and add students to their profile.
Click Uniforms, select your child’s name, and the uniform items for sale will then appear. Once completed your order will be sent to the office for collection.
UNIFORM SHOP HOURS
To ensure that parents receive personal service in having their child fitted properly, the uniform shop is open by appointment only at the following times during term:
- Thursdays between 2:30pm – 4:00pm

School Lunches
School lunches are available on Fridays for Pre-primary to Year 6 through QuickCliQ. Yvette’s Place in Pickering Brook delivers student lunches to the school each Friday.
The menu may have seasonal variations so browse online to see what’s available this week.
The order cut-off time is Thursday at 3:00pm, for Friday’s lunches each week. Orders can be placed up to four weeks in advance for your convenience.
